Sounds of Love

Sound therapy is the concept of using frequency to uplift, remove, and restore balance to the body, mind, or spirit. I will be using 7 bowls designed to cover all different aspects of self, and will be adding tuning forks to remove additional energy stuck in the system. At the end you will meditate on your intentions and do some deep breathing while I send some additional love. You typically sleep very well that following night and may start to feel lighter energetically. This is very powerful and with it all being done outside you get the benefit of being grounded. No children under 12, pets are welcome, and all you need to bring is you. I will start at 6 pm on the dot and will be over somewhat around 7pm. If weather interferes with our session, it will be moved to online. See you there!
