About the Event
It is important to take care of our emotional, spiritual, and mental health. This gathering is designed to provide a safe space that is supportive and at the same time effective in helping you release fears, false egos, and to create a solid connection with The Creator. I will start with sound healing, followed by reiki, then end with meditation. With this being outdoors it should help you stay grounded and centered. Refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the event.Â
No distractions, such as children. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
